Remanufactured transmissions are completely disassembled and thoroughly washed and inspected before re-assembly. All gaskets, seals, clutch bands and plates are always replaced with new. Valve bodies are 100% remanufactured and tested prior to assembly. Gears and pumps are replaced with new where required. Every LKQ Powertrain transmission is DYNO tested after assembly. These tests simulate virtually all driving situations both with cold and hot fluid temperatures. Each unit is also DYNO tested with the torque converter you will receive with the unit.
